Hill Series
Get ready for hills this summer by going uphill now.
Six weeks of hill workouts to get you strong! All levels are welcome and encouraged.
Work on both uphill and downhill technique as well as get fit for summer mountain runs.

Summer Track Series
This six-week series will help you improve your top end speed, improve your running form, and provide a (very) sport-specific strength workout.
Each week we’ll progress the workouts, and one of the great things about track is that it’s easy to tailor the workout to whatever you need. Led by Molly Hogan, she makes sure you get the workout and training effect you need based on your background, current training, injury history, and goals.
Cost is $60 for 6-weeks.

Summer Training Group
Do you have summer adventures on your calendar? Use our Summer Training group to be ready for anything you have planned. All levels welcome and encouraged! We have several plans so you’ll get what you need, based on your current training volume and the goal ahead. Perfect for Cutthroat Classic, The Rut Mountain Runs, multi-day trail running trips, or single day pushes. Do you prefer wheels to feet? No problem; we have gravel and mountain bike plans as well!

Youth Run Camp
Calling all middle and high school athletes! Want to build speed, improve technique and sharpen your overall running capacity? Run Camp helps young runners develop a foundation of strength, form, and an understanding of training that they can take into their respective sports.
Run Camp is open to athletes from all sports, with the only prerequisite being a willingness to learn, be challenged, and put forth some effort on the roads and trails around Mazama!
Monday:
8-11am in Mazama (aligned with TranGo schedule!)
1.5 hrs trail run flat/rolling with technique + strides (10km loop)
Core strength, mobility discussion and workout (Fly Shop)
Tuesday:
8-10am at Liberty Bell Track
Track workout: speed, technique (school track)
post-workout snack and nutrition talk
Wednesday:
8-11am in Mazama (aligned with TranGo schedule!)
Hill workout, downhill technique (Fawn -> West Fawn)
Strength session (Fly Shop)
Thursday:
8-11am in Mazama (aligned with TranGo schedule!)
10-12mile trail run/hike (Cedar Ck)
