Each week we’ll work on technique through interval workouts, progressing each week.

Improve aerobic fitness, specific strength, and aerobic power.

You should be comfortable skiing for one hour on varied terrain and have working knowledge of V1, V2, V2 alternate, double pole, kick double pole, and striding.
