Alison is one of those people. After decades of trying to “get it together” or “buckle down”, and attempting to conform to structure, the more her motivation and joy waned.

Training is simple: apply a stimulus, rest, and adapt. Learning how and what stimulus to apply and even how to rest, can be a little more complicated. But our bodies are highly in tune with our surroundings, including our physical, mental, and emotional landscapes, and with practice, you can trust yourself and become intuitive with your training.

We often think about training as the workouts, but what if everything is training?

What if your body knows what you need to do?

What if training could be simple: move, sometimes harder, sometimes longer, sometimes with weights, and sometimes not at all? What if you tuned into your body and everything (running, resting, writing, making art, reading, cooking, meeting friends, etc) brought her closer to her goals?

  • Rather than a daily plan, we’ll talk about your goals, how you work best, and tailor a routine to work within that.

  • We communicate weekly about what to incorporate during the week, and check in as needed to modify.

  • That’s great! You can still have one. During the intake call we’ll figure out the most effective way to work toward. your goals.

Training is like anything: you improve by practicing. Take the pressure off and free yourself from strict rules and instead build a practice to express fitness, strength, and creativity.
