Who.

Anyone looking to build and maintain strength for running, biking, climbing, and anything else! Classes are limited to ten people to ensure proper technique (no experience necessary!) and to tailor class to the participants.

What.

Our strength workouts are designed to make you strong and durable for the mountains. We focus on core, hip, and single leg strength, while also increasing your overall strength to be able to do more of the things you love.

When.

We do six and eight-week strength series each season.

Where.

Classes are located in the basement of the CE Fly Shop in Mazama (old Goat’s Beard building) behind the Mazama store courtyard.
