Who.
Anyone wanting a jumpstart to their fall training to get ready for the winter mountains. Not sure how to structure your training? Not sure what strength exercises or workouts to do? Look no further.
Whether you’re an inbounds skier, backcountry tourer, skimo racer, or Nordic skier, we have the sport-specific plan for you to be ready to go when the snow flies.
What.
This 12-week series gives you a progressive training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks with three phases of strength and aerobic progressions. Each of the series includes a weekly group email from your coaches, strength and mobility videos to help your form and a training plan (that includes both strength and aerobic workouts). You also get access to the group’s private Slack channel for online coach and community support and four zoom calls along the way to make sure you’re set up well and to answer any questions that arise.
When.
12-week Ski Prep training starts October 6, 2025.
Where.
Your training grounds! Each of the strength workouts can be done anywhere, with minimal equipment. If you have access to a gym we have workouts for that as well. Workout videos are included so you can learn proper form. Through our private Slack group, you can also find athletes in your area to train with.
