Training Groups and Series
Training with people is fun and we like fun. We offer groups in the Methow as well as virtual so there’s something for everyone.
12-Week Summer Training Group
This 12-week program includes a progressive training plan (tailored to your sport and ability level) delivered through TrainingPeaks (Premium account included with the group) with three phases of strength and aerobic progressions. It also includes a weekly email from your coaches with technique videos to help your form, and a comprehensive training plan that includes aerobic, strength, and mobility workouts. You also get bi-weekly coach-led Zoom calls and a private Slack channel for ongoing coach and community support.

Hill Series
Improve your uphill prowess with our progressive workout series.
Strength Classes
We offer strength class series on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The perfect way to learn proper form and push yourself with friends.
