Anyone in the Methow* looking to build your fitness to run** long distances in the mountains.

What.
Group workouts, a weekly email to provide context for the workouts, and a community of supportive runners to find running buddies, share inspiration, increase your motivation, and ultimately do more than you thought you could, with others.
Participants for the group training get a discount on our strength series and the women’s retreat in May!
When.
Group workouts are at 6:30am on Wednesday (track) in Winthrop, Thursday (hills) in Mazama, and a weekend long run, usually Saturdays (a little later start, based on the group).
Training group starts March 17th!
Where.
Strength and hill workouts are Mazama based, and Wednesday track is in Winthrop. Weekend long runs will be at various locations based on trail conditions and our partner permits.
Have you best summer yet! Options for three in-person, coached group workouts each week to help you progress your fitness, and make new friends. Your membership includes our CE "maintenance phase" membership with a video archive, bi-weekly Zoom calls, and other options for group run meet ups.
