Who.
Anyone in the Methow* looking to build your fitness to run** long distances in the mountains.

What.
Eight-weeks of group workouts, a weekly email to provide context for the workouts, and a community of supportive runners to find running buddies, share inspiration, increase your motivation, and ultimately do more than you thought you could, with others.
Participants for the group training get a discount on our strength series, and the women’s retreat in May!
When.
Group workouts are at 6:30am on Wednesday (track) in Winthrop, Thursday (hills) in Mazama, and a weekend long run, usually Saturdays (a little later start, based on the group).
Training group starts week of April 13th!
Where.
Hill workouts are Mazama based, and Wednesday track is in Winthrop. Weekend long runs will be at various locations based on trail conditions and our partner permits.
Access to all our calls, emails, and video content, without the structured training plan, and access to all our group runs, plus a discount on class series.
