Who.
Women training for summer mountain objectives.
What.
Women’s physiology is different than men’s, and as we age and have babies, our bodies and needs change. This 12-week program includes a progressive training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks with phases of strength and aerobic progressions. Your training plan will be specific to your current activity level and experience with strength and aerobic training, two foundational aspects of mountain endurance training. Each week you’ll receive an email providing context for the training, as well as instructional videos for strength and mobility exercises, more detail about the importance of training fitting into women’s health. You’ll also have access to our bi-weekly Zoom calls and a private training group Slack channel for ongoing coach and community support.
When.
10-week Training group starts May 11 2025.
Where.
Your home or local gym, and where ever you like to exercise outside. Depending on your experience level, you’ll be able to do the strength workouts from home, or to get enough load, your local gym.
