Who.
Anyone looking to build and maintain strength for running, biking, climbing, skiing, and anything else! Classes are limited to nine people to ensure proper technique (no experience necessary!) and to tailor class to the participants.
What.
Our strength workouts are designed to make you strong and durable for the mountains. We focus on core, hip, and single leg strength, while also increasing your overall strength to be able to do more of the things you love.
When.
Eight weeks on Tuesday mornings at 6:30am, starting Oct. 28.
*no class Thanksgiving week
Where.
Classes are located in the basement of the CE Fly Shop in Mazama (old Goat’s Beard building) behind the Mazama store courtyard.
Eight week series on Tuesdays, from Oct. 28 thru Dec. 30rd (no class Thanksgiving week or Dec. 9th).
