Who.

Anyone looking to build and maintain strength for running, biking, climbing, skiing, and anything else! Classes are limited to nine people to ensure proper technique (no experience necessary!) and to tailor class to the participants.

What.

Our strength workouts are designed to make you strong and durable for the mountains. We focus on core, hip, and single leg strength, while also increasing your overall strength to be able to do more of the things you love.

When.

Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:45am

New series starts in May!

Where.

Classes are located in the basement of the NCMG building next to the Mazama Pub.
