Who.

Trail runners and anyone who wants to build mountain fitness to target something this fall, early winter, or be fit and ready for a winter of adventure.

What.

This 12-week series gives you an in-season training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks with strength maintenance and aerobic progressions. The program includes:

  • Weekly group email from your coaches

  • Strength and mobility videos specific to your plan and goals

  • Monthly zoom on varying training topics,

  • A comprehensive training plan (that includes strength, aerobic, and mobility workouts).

  • Premium TrainingPeaks account

  • Access to the group’s private Slack channel for online coach and community support

Where.

Wherever you are! The strength workouts can be done anywhere, with minimal equipment. We have an exercise library to learn proper form, and workout videos to follow along.

We have mobility and strength videos to help you along, and emails directly to your inbox for upcoming workouts, and what to expect for the week as you train.
