Ski Prep Training Group

Open to everyone, this 12-week series gives you a progressive training plan delivered through TrainingPeaks with three phases of strength and aerobic progressions. Each of the series includes a weekly group email from your coaches, strength and mobility videos to help your form and a training plan (that includes both strength and aerobic workouts). You also get access to the group’s private Slack channel for online coach and community support and four zoom calls along the way to make sure you’re set up well and to answer any questions that arise.

Training plans for Nordic and backcounty skiing, and for every level! Training starts Oct. 6th.
