Kid GOAT Summer Programs

Calling all 11-18 year olds! We have a couple of fun options for youth this summer, to build strength and fitness in a fun and welcoming environment! Two options of Good OverAll Training: a weekly strength class, and three three-day mini camps that combine strength, running, and adventure.

We want these to be as accessible as possible, so we aligned the schedule with the TranGo schedule. Scholarships available, just email alison@cascadeendurance.com.
