Oct. 1-4, 2015: Mazama, WA

The running in Mazama is just too good to pass up in the fall, so we're doing a Women's Running and Yoga Retreat in Washington's alps. Join us for a fun-filled weekend among the changing leaves and crisp, sunny days.

Each day we'll eat tasty local food, go on a trail run, have optional workshops (running technique, strength, training and nutrition), practice yoga, and relax in Washington's beautiful Methow Valley.

The cost of the camp $525, which includes shared lodging and all (yummy) meals; guided trail runs in groups based on level and distance; technique instruction and practice; injury prevention/strength session; daily yoga practice; how to dial in your nutrition for performance; technical t-shirt; and professional photos documenting the weekend.

Refund policy: You may transfer your registration to another event or get a full refund with 90 days notice, 75% refund with  60 days notice, 50% refund with 30 days notice. If you are unable to attend within 30 days of the event, you may transfer your registration to another event, but no refunds will be made. Thanks for understanding.
