Strength for Endurance clinics

We've all heard that strength is important, but what exercises are the best for running, climbing, hiking, and skiing? Join us for three separate sessions to learn proper form and technique for lifting, our favorite exercises, and how to incorporate them into your schedule to best support your outdoor adventures.
Each session will be 90 minutes and will focus on core, hips, and stability exercises. Come to one for some basics, or all three for a more comprehensive dive into different exercises.
Mazama Athletic Club (at the Mazama Country Inn)
