New this year! We are using our online platform that our coaching clients use, Training Peaks, to help you keep motivated. You'll create an account (the free account is all you need) and then the plan will transfer to your account and give you notifications for the workout, reminders, and allow you to transfer data from your watch (if you're so inclined). Training Peaks also has an app. We'll email you a link to the training plan two weeks prior to the start of the group. If you have questions before that, please email email@example.com.
