Advanced half-marathon/25k training group
We're doing another training group! There are multitudes of races coming up, so rather than have a group for a particular race, this group is designed to get you ready for a great race at the beginning of June. There's the Chuckanut Half-Marathon, NW Trail Runs' Teanaway Half, or Beacon Rock 25k (to name a few) that would all be great options to top off your training.
Starting in mid-March, the 12-week training package includes a plan and group runs each weekend to hone your trail running skills and meet other fun people while getting fit and strong. The first run will be two hours, so you can work up to that for a few weeks if you're getting back into things. Each week you'll delve into different aspects of trail running to give you the confidence to not only finish the race, but have fun and feel good doing it.
