Strength for Runners
We all know that strength is important, but what specifically should one do? Well have no fear; Jess and Alison are co-teaching a class specifically for runners starting October 7. Class size is limited to eight people so we can ensure correct movements and you can be sure you're getting the right muscles stronger. Plus, it's always more fun to do strength with other people than alone in your living room.
