We're excited about the upcoming year of running, and the first race on my schedule, at least, is the Orcas 25k at the end of January. While that still may seem far off, with the upcoming holiday season, it will be here before we know it. As such, we're offering a ten-week 25k training plan, with a race-specific group run with Jess each weekend (except the weekend of Thanksgiving) that gradually increases in time and distance to give you confidence going into the race.
The plan starts on November 23rd so you have a little time to get into the groove and see how you can fit it into your schedule. There's a bonus run next Sunday the 15th, and the 22 at Cougar's Sky Country trail head at 8:30am if you have questions or want to get a taste for what to expect.
